Our Response to the Coronavirus Outbreak
Dear Clients, Partners, Friends and Community,
We're writing to provide an update about what we're doing to help fight the spread of COVID-19, and to ensure your legal needs are taken care of. We have the capability for our attorneys and staff to work remotely, and we will also be in the office when needed for essential functions and necessary client matters. For the time being our phones are being answered as normal and our mail and faxes are distributed and reviewed on a daily basis. We are not allowing in-person meetings, depositions or mediations to take place at our office.
The court system and commissioner's office are changing the way they handle cases, and we're seeing the whole system slow down. We believe it's likely cases will be delayed during the next three to four months.
We know many of you have made or are working on your own solutions to being productive in this challenging environment. We want to work with you to help keep your workload moving, and ask that you let us know what we can do to serve you better. We feel confident there will not be a disruption in our ability to serve your legal needs.
We will provide any material updates to our status via an additional newsletter and via our Facebook page. Please do not hesitate to contact us online, via e-mail, office phone or attorney cell phones. We're providing our cell phone numbers below.
Our priority is the health and well being of the members of our team, our clients and our community.
Thank you, be safe and take care.
